#HRko 2022: How the Highest Levels
of Management Views Corporate
Culture, Engagement and HR?
400 people, heads of HR and companies from all over the Czech Republic and Slovakia, will arrive
in Ostrava on 13th October for the 5th edition of the renowned event called ’HRko 2022‘. This
year, the HR Party & Festival of HR Solutions will take place in the brand new premises of Poklad
Culture Centre in Ostrava-Poruba. This change has allowed the programme to be extended.
The varied line-up can now fit into six stages, while last year‘s event was held on two stages.
For the first time ever, representatives
from the top management of traditional
Czech and multinational companies will
appear on stage. For example, Tomáš
Vala from SIKO, Jan Fišer from Nestlé
Czech Republic - Zora Olomouc plant,
Jana Vychroňová from Vodafone, Martin
Svoboda from Astratex, Tomáš Ervín
Dombrovský from LMC and Martin Cígler
as the head of Solitea Group, will present
their projects in the field of people
management and HR. The audience will
gain a completely new perspective of the
industry in which they operate in.
How the highest levels of management
view the area of people development in
companies and what demands they have
on HR is one of the big topics of this year’s
conference.
Tomáš Vala joined the family business SIKO
at the age of 17. He has dedicated most of
his life to the company and is famous for his
extraordinary approach to colleagues and
unconventional methods of engagement.
Jan Fišer from Nestlé Czech Republic
gained his work experience around the
world in the performance acceleration
team and is one of the key leaders within
Central Europe. He focuses on employee
education, optimisation and automation
of production lines, while emphasizing
quality, hygiene and safety.
Part-time jobs for (almost) all positions?
Still a new concept in the Czech workforce
environment. This is exactly what Jana
Vychroňová focuses on. In Ostrava, she
will present how this concept has been
applied at Vodafone. After more than a
year of project implementation, concrete
data and experience will already be
available, so you have something to look
forward to.
Martin Svoboda from Astratex will share
an interesting story about the arrival of
new management to a local company,
the move of the company to Prague
and the change of company culture and
management.
The expert on the main phenomena
and trends in the interconnected worlds
of education and work is Tomáš Ervín
Dombrovský, who has been working at
LMC for eleven years. He will be speaking
at the start of HRK to give a clear view of
the trends for 2022/2023.
Martin Cígler is co-owner of the Solitea
Group with a turnover of CZK 2.5 billion,
which includes leading players in the
Czech and foreign markets in the field of
ERP and economic systems.
How to unite teams and corporate cultures of
diverse companies across Europe? This is the
task of Martin Cígler, who will bring a case
study on this very topic to HRko 2022.
And who will take over for Roman Vojtek
as the host? None other than Pavel Cejnar
from Evropa 2, who will also take care
of the entertainment at the opening
ceremony and party. This year’s HRko
looks like it’s going to be quite a ride.
