Letos ho už potřetí úspěšně pořádá firma Hrtus.

Vždy tři studenti SŠ, vybraní prostřednictvím soci-

álních sítí a veletrhu vzdělávání, absolvují stáž ve

vybraném podniku. Firmy jsou vybírány napříč obo-

ry, aby studenti získali co největší přehled o jednot-

livých oborech. Firemní partneři se jim na základě

jejich profilu a motivačního dopisu věnují tak, aby to

mladé lidi profesně posunulo dál. Studenti v závěru

ročníku pak vyhlásí tu nejlepší firmu. Sami dostáva-

jí finanční odměnu, kterou mohou využít např. na

nákup výpočetní techniky, studijní pobyty v zahra-

ničí apod. V závěru prezentují své zkušenosti před

odborným publikem. To by jim mělo být přínosem

pro studium na VŠ nebo při nástupu do práce. Po-

vědomí o projektu pak na dalších školách šíří sami

stážisté i vybraní ambasadoři. Celý projekt probí-

há pod záštitou náměstka hejtmana pro školství

This is the third year that Hrtus has successfully

organised Mind Your Future Internships. Each year,

three high school students are selected through

a social media and education fair, and compete for an

internship at selected companies. These companies

are selected across a variety of fields to give students

as much insight as possible into each industry. Based

on the students profile and cover letter, the company

partners are working with them to move forward

professionally. The students then vote for the best

company at the end of the year. Then they receive

a financial reward which they can use to buy computer

equipment or study abroad. In the end, they present

their experience in front of a professional audience.

This is beneficial for their studies at University or when

entering the workforce. The trainees and selected

ambassadors then share information about the project

to other schools. The entire project runs under the

patronage of the Deputy Governor for Education
