Matěji, jaký je Váš příběh v IPH a co vás
v práci naplňuje?
Můj příběh v IPH je příběhem mé první dlouhodo-
bé pracovní zkušenosti. Do firmy jsem nastoupil
téměř hned po ukončení vzdělání na pozici servis-
ního pracovníka. Kromě sběru zkušeností a pracov-
ních zážitků jsem dostal příležitost v oblasti svařo-
vání. Začalo mě to bavit. Převzal jsem vedení týmu
svářečů a později i celého týmu realizace. Stal jsem
se vedoucím realizace a na této pozici působím
i v současnosti. Ve firmě jsem již deset let a učím
se dál. V tomto ohledu mi pomohla i možnost ab-
solvovat rozvoj v oblasti vedení lidí, komunikace
a řešení různých situací. Spolupodílím se i na za-
školování kolegů z výroby a realizace a společně
si tak „ladíme noty“ na náročnou realizaci zakázek
u našich zákazníků. Náročnost spočívá především
v řešení rozmanitých situací, často pod tlakem, pro-
tože zařízení, na kterých pracujeme, jsou většinou
součástí kritické infrastruktury. Součástí mé práce
jsou tedy i pracovní výjezdy, a i když jsou tyto cesty
často daleké a v mnoha ohledech složité, stále mě
práce baví.
Matěj, what is your story at IPH
and what part of your job fulfills you?
My journey at IPH is essentially my first long-term
employment. I joined the company as a service worker
right after completing my education. Besides gaining
valuable experience, I also had the opportunity to
enter the field of welding. I started to really enjoy this
line of work. I eventually took charge of the entire
welding team and later assumed responsibility for
the Head of Realization team, a position I still hold
today. I have been with the company for a decade,
and my commitment to continuous improvement and
learning has never waned. The chance to develop
my leadership skills, communication abilities, and
problem solving in various situations has led to
personal growth in my career. I also actively participate
in training colleagues from both the production and
realization departments. Together we can combine
our experiences and handle even the most complex
contracts from our customers. The challenges in our
role often arise from the diverse array of situations we
must resolve, frequently under pressure, as the devices
we work on are often part of critical infrastructure.
Therefore, work-related travel is a regular part of my
responsibilities. Even though these trips are often
long and complicated, I still enjoy them all the same.
