Ingredients: 160g linguine pasta, 30g capers, 30g spring onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, 10g butter, parsley leaves, 25g sun-dried tomatoes, 50g beef tip, chives, 20g onion, 20g bacon, flour, panko breadcrumbs
SAUCE WITH LINGUINE:
Cook linguine in salted water for approx. 1.5 minutes. Heat olive oil in a pan, then fry sun-dried tomatoes, capers and spring onion in oil, season with salt and pepper to taste and add a little water from the cooked pasta, add a little butter, heat briefly and add cooked pasta, stir and serve on a plate. Garnish with beef tartare and sprinkle with bacon crumbs.
Peel onion and slice thinly, coat in flour and fry until golden. Dry and crush. Cut bacon into very small cubes; fry slowly in a pan until crispy.
Dry and mix with crispy onions and panko breadcrumbs.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Grind the beef tip, season with salt and pepper, add olive oil and chopped chives.
Mix and form a bun, which will sit on top of the prepared pasta.
Sprinkle with bacon crumbs, parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
