A Delicacy of the land of the
Rising sun, Yellowfin-tuna

Ingredients:
200 g yellowfin tuna fillet (fresh), 1 ounce of
soba noodles (buckwheat pasta), 50 g carrots,
50 g zucchini, 20 g edamame, vegetable broth
Preparation:
Let the tuna steak from the fridge rest for a while to reach room temperature;
it should be about 3–4 cm thick. Put soba noodles in boiling water for about
two minutes, then drain and add julienned carrots and zucchini. Lightly pour
broth in and let noodles combine with vegetables. Finally, add pre-cooked
edamame. Salt and lightly pepper tuna fillet and soak each side in olive oil
for about ten seconds. Serve noodles with vegetables on a heated plate, coat
the roasted tuna with sesame seeds on one side to make a crust, then cut into
slices and serve on noodles with vegetables.
