From my personal point of view, the biggest work

success is when you do a job you love and enjoy.

You mention that the greatest success is having

the job that you love. What is the thing you enjoy

the most about your job?

What I enjoy the most about my work is the diversity.

This job is different every day. One day it may be

analytical work, such as processing data and trends

in turnover. On the other hand, the next day you‘re

creatively designing a benefit programme and the

third day you‘re dealing with health and safety matters.

This work requires both creativity and analysis. It also

gives me the opportunity to meet people, which is

crucial for me. The combination of all of this is what

fulfills me.

One of the important points for any HR

department is to support employee education.

How does Hyundai support the professional

growth of its employees? Do you stick to the usual

practice or come up with new solutions?

Employee education and training are crucial for us.

As we invest a lot of money in training, we can afford

to be creative and come up with solutions suitable for

each employee group.

I would like to highlight our talent programme.

We actively monitor employees who have the

potential and desire to move higher, with supervisors

recommending suitable candidates from their

teams. We then educate these candidates in their

professional specialization and other fields. The

selection and development of leaders is important

because they especially influence the corporate

culture and work atmosphere the most.

Benefits are becoming increasingly important for

job seekers when choosing between job offers.

What do you offer as part of your benefit package?

In addition to the regular financial bonuses, of which

there are many, I would like to mention the less usual

benefits. We have our own rehabilitation centre

where employees can solve any problems related to

the musculoskeletal system. Related to this is also our

very popular fitness centre, where we hold Pilates,

yoga and circuit training classes.

Tax and legal counseling is also a very popular benefit.

We even have a company psychologist.

A very interesting benefit is a programme for

the purchase of a new car or a favorable leasing

program. If an employee wants to buy a new car, he

or she can get up to a 20 % contribution from the

company.

Many of our benefits and activities are set up to be

beneficial not only to our employees, but also to

their families and surroundings.
