residents and the public, private storage units,
a modernised central core, and a strong emphasis
on the sustainable revitalisation of the original reinforced
concrete structure.

Projekt navazuje na současný trend komorního rezidenčního
bydlení s důrazem na soukromí, klid a propojení s přírodou.
Architektura kombinuje moderní jednoduché linie, velké pro-
sklené plochy a uzavřený privátní areál. Celkem 47 bytů staví
developer Ridera Development.
The project follows the current trend of intimate residential
living with an emphasis on privacy, tranquillity and a close
connection to nature. The architecture combines clean modern
lines, large glazed surfaces and a private gated complex. A total
of 47 apartments are being developed by Ridera Development.
