Provozujeme řetězec 15 mycích a 17 čerpacích stanic s vyspělou technologií specializovaných na nákladní a autobusovou dopravu. Čistota vozidel je vizitkou všech dopravců. Mycí centra NIKEY se dokáží za výhodných podmínek postarat o čistotu exteriéru i nástaveb vozidel. Pokud se zákazník rozhodne ke smluvní spolupráci na bázi některého z fleetových programů, stačí se jen dohodnout s obchodním zástupcem na parametrech. Lze si vybrat ze standardních programů Standard, Exclusive, ruční mytí, mytí a desinfekce ložné plochy nebo mytí stavebních vozidel či pracovních strojů či si mycí program nakonfigurovat dle potřeb a povahy vozidel. Frekvence mytí, způsob platby, platební podmínky a zasílání přehledů o výkonech elektronickou cestou pak vychází z dohodnutých parametrů. Služby lze samozřejmě využívat i jednorázově bez smluvního závazku. Na všech centrech je možné platit hotově, na většině i platební kartou, nově jsme zavedli i možnost platit kartou CCS. Komplexnost služeb s dobrou cenou, to je standard NIKEY? Již zmíněné mytí vozidel doplňuje tankováním pohonných hmot či AdBlue. NIKEY je také schopna, díky monitoringu cen v místech působení, zákazníkovi nabídnout opravdu výhodnou cenu. U smluvních zákazníků se navíc realizované objemy za mytí vozidel a za jejich tankování sčítají a ten pak má možnost získat ještě výhodnější podmínky na obě služby. What is the range of your services? The fleet of vans, trucks of all types, buses and cars, how old and clean the vehicles are, all of those things reflect quality of the transporter or the company. NIKEY washing centres provide exterior and superstructure cleaning for a good price. If customers elect a contract co-operation plan within our fleet programmes, they can agree on use intervals with a sales representative (this maintains a level of flexibility, which is necessary for proper fleet operation). Customers can choose from a range of programmes: Standard, Exclusive, hand washing, washing and disinfection of loading area, cleaning of construction vehicles, and/or machinery. We also offer the option of a custom cleaning program, which can fit the specific needs of a customer’s machinery. Payment and washing frequency, along with payment conditions and e-reports on services are then based on particular contracts. All of the aforementioned services are also available for single use, and do not require a contract. Our centres allow payments in cash, and most of them support card payment as well. Complete services at a good price: is that the NIKEY standard? The cleaning of the vehicles can be combined with refuelling or an AdBlue refill. NIKEY regularly checks prices of competitor gas stations in the district, and is always ready to offer a good price. Contracted clients get discounts for combined services (cleaning and fuels), this allows our pricing to become even more favourable. NIKEY is a member of the ČSAD Ostrava group, which offers a range of services in their facilities, and aims for the highest quality in these complex services. Making use of multiple services at a single site thereby has its benefits: from saving time to combined discounts, based on the volume of purchased services. The wide spectrum of maintenance, including the servicing of trucks and buses, spare parts and accessories, and the refuelling and washing of vehicles is now fully encapsulated within the network of TESTCAR roadworthiness testing centres. Customers have access to parking spaces, warehouses, workshops, garages and offices.
