Considering the rise in the popularity of camping and caravanning, we have offered a grant to support camping for the first time. We want to enhance the infrastructure of camping sites to also support the comforts of visitors of the Moravian-Silesian Region. We keep cyclists on mind: this year the Regional Government will distribute 18 million CZK to improve safety of cycling and support the construction of new bikeways. We believe this support will facilitate the connection of local bikeways in municipalities with backbone trails, and will help renew connections and bridges. Cyclist often travel abroad in search of the perfect cycling trip, so we need to offer them the same quality infrastructure so that even the most demanding cyclists might enjoy a ride in our region. Those who prefer electric bikes will be happy to use another service supported by the Moravian-Silesian Government: there is a network of electric bike rentals, currently twenty stations where a tourist may rent an electric bike. New operations are being developed, so soon there will be thirty. I recommend visitors go for a trip to Slezská Harta. The combination of a cycling trip with a cruise on the dam will undoubtedly make for an extraordinary experience. Tourists can also rent a pedalo or take a horse ride. This is a resort with great potential, and I believe many more tourists will come to see it. Active leisure in the region is another incentive to further the development of enterprise. What places do you personally prefer, and where do you recommend visitors of the Beskid Mountains go? In the Beskid Mountains there are countless beautiful places which I love and which offer both active leisure and peaceful relaxation. When going hiking, I typically go to the peak of Lysá Hora, the highest mountain of the Beskids. I am glad we can choose from various trails leading to the top. Another destination I love is the Horečky resort in Trojanovice. I just love its belfry and modern architecture by Mrva. A great place for relaxation. The view of Pustevny from the belfry in Horečky is astonishing and totally recharges my batteries. Thank you very much for the interview. Editorial of Magazine.
