Where Meals and Wine Unite

Kde se jídlo snoubí s vínem Spolupráce Food Ateliéru a Navínko má pevné kořeny

STYLE Kde se jídlo snoubí s vínem... Spolupráce Food Ateliéru a Navínko má pevné kořeny. Návštěvníci mohou ochutnat speciality v podání Davida Valíčka, šéfkuchaře Food Ateliéru a dalších místních podniků. Jedinečný zážitek umocní atraktivní industriální prostředí Dolní oblasti Vítkovic, konkrétně Compress Hall, areál bývalého dolu Hlubina. Nyní zde sídlí výše zmíněný Food Atelier, prostor vyhledávaný pro kurzy vaření či firemní teambuildingy. Prostředí umocní nevšední dojem a samo o sobě připraví našim hostům opravdu kulturní zážitek. Where Meals and Wine Unite... The cooperation of Food Atelier and Navínko has a sound tradition. Good-quality wine and goodquality meals must be properly paired just as recipes with regional flavours meet the right taste of wine. Navínko is preparing the third annual wine festival “My Glass of Wine” (Ostrava žije vínem) for May 2020. This is where wine producers from the Czech Republic and abroad meet and introduce their best wines. Popular wineries such as Špalek, Baláž, Popela, Bergmann and others have already accepted the invitation. Representative wine-tasting will present 150 wine samples from Moravian, Austrian and Spanish wineries, and will be supported by a fine programme. Visitors will be offered specialties by David Valíček, Head Chef at Food Atelier and other local ventures. The exclusive experience is enhanced by the impressive industrial environment of Lower Area of Vítkovice, the Compress Hall in particular, which is the area of the former Hlubina Mine. It is the current home of Food Atelier, a venue sought after by people looking for cooking courses and team-building events for businesses. The environment undoubtedly supports the extraordinary impressions, and is an outstanding attraction on its own.
