New Dimension was established in 2008 and began opening a  new dimension in education and

advisory services. It stands strong behind its beliefs, and I am eager to learn what kind of people

work there.

How do you choose and keep people in

your team? How do you, as owners, see the

company?

“From the very beginning we have known

that we are developing a company reflecting

the qualities of the people employed in

it. This is why each recruitment of a new

person to the team is a great decision. Our

values help us choose: we know that if the

person shares the same values, they will find

their job here meaningful and useful,” says

Radka Šušková.

“I believe that working with us is a choice

of lifestyle and approach, a connection

between professional and personal lives.

A union of personal freedom and a common

ideological viewpoint. A desire to walk the

same way. The highest motivation is to go

on, to get where the first look cannot see,”

adds Marek Kavulok.

What does it mean to be a strategic partner

in the company?

“I was introduced to New Dimension when

the company was my supplier, when implementing teamwork in a corporate business.

Even then I understood that their approach

is very pro-client. When I started my own

company, Productive Systems (facilitating

the introduction of lean processes), I knew

for sure who I wanted to pick as a business

partner. We have gradually merged our bu-

sinesses into one trademark and we keep

building a unique and united team,” says

Miroslav Marek.

I asked employees at New Dimension what

their company is like, how it feels to be in

the team, and what culture they work in.

“New Dimension is like the Room of

Requirement in the Harry Potter stories.

Everybody gets here what they need most.

There is the condition that you must be

open to various opportunities and willing to

work hard,” says Kristýna Pochvalitová, who

has been with the company for three years.

Eva Klusová joined only half a year ago,

and offers this comparison: “The work here

is completely different from any other job

I had before. I am not paid for time at work

but for the work itself. This brings great job

efficiency and responsibility. It demands

a great deal of motivation and discipline

from us.”

“We are a team of unique individuals

complementing one another. We motivate

and inspire one another, we are open to

novelties, we are having fun,” says Jirka

Lichovník, who joined the company after

many years in the corporate sphere.

“We do not think only of ourselves:

our interest covers the region and all of

society. We are glad to be together and

work together. Together we celebrate and

support one another; we are like a family,”

adds Šárka Matýs.

“Our corporate culture is very high. There is

a pleasant working environment which we

have created ourselves. When our clients

come here, they often mention they feel the

positive atmosphere. That is what we feel as

well,” says Dagmar Alexová, employed at

the company for ten years.

Hanna Ciencialová comes back to the

office after three years. “I appreciate the

opportunity to participate at work even

during my maternity leave. I still feel I am

a member of the team, and can coordinate

my job and family.”

“Radka and Marek have created the

environment for us to work in,” says Lenka

Chýlková. “We can all do what we enjoy,

come up with ideas and make meaningful

things come true. We feel responsibility

for what we do. This is a beautiful and

challenging job.”

Having done the interview with the team

of New Dimension, I feel the energy of the

people working there. The company is the

sum of people who enjoy working on the

inspiring team.
