STYL TBEX Central Europe v Ostravě TBEX (The Travel Blog Exchange), celosvětově největší setkání blogerů, spisovatelů, psavců, tvůrců obsahu a vůbec profesionálů na sociálních sítích, kteří se zabývají cestovním ruchem a cestováním, se poprvé v dějinách bude konat ve střední Evropě. Evropská konference TBEX 2018 se koná 26.–28. 7. 2018 v Ostravě, metropoli na východě České republiky. V severovýchodní části České republiky, v cípu mezi Polskem a Slovenskem, mezi Jeseníky na jedné a Beskydy na druhé straně leží Ostrava, třetí největší město republiky. Ostrava, často nazývaná „Černou perlou České republiky“ je jedním z dosud ne zcela odhalených pokladů Česka, který by se lehce mohl stát kulisami románu Julese Verna. Lze očekávat, že většina účastníků TBEX Europe 2018 přijede ze Severní Ameriky a Evropy, nicméně výrazné zastoupení bude mít i Asie a nesporně i zbytek světa. Většina delegátů TBEXu jsou tvůrcové obsahu, autoři a tvůrci blogů, videí, či podcastů, ale přibližně 20% účastníků bývají organizace destinačního managementu, cestovní agentury, hoteliéři, marketingové a PR agentury, vydavatelé a redaktoři tradičních médií. The conference annually attracts more than 600 travel influencers from all over the world and with a reach of 300 million has potential to make the Czech Republic go viral. In the northeast corner of the Czech Republic, tucked between Poland and Slovakia and surrounded by the romantic Beskyd Mountains and high Jeseník Mountains, lies the thirdlargest Czech city, Ostrava. The city of Ostrava, often nicknamed as the black pearl of the Czech Republic, is one of the as-yet-undiscovered treasures of the Czech Republic, which could have come straight from a Jules Verne novel. It is expected that TBEX Europe 2018 attendees will primarily come from North America and Europe, but there will also be a sizeable contingent present from Asia and the rest of the world. Most TBEX delegates are content creators, producers of blogs, videos or podcasts but approximately 20% of those in attendance also include Destination Management Organizations (DMO), Travel Brands, Hoteliers, Tour Operators, Public Relations and Marketing Agencies, Traditional Media Editors and Publishers.
