BUSINESS
EXPO REAL is among the most influential
commercial real estate fairs in the world.
Each year this event attracts thousands
of experts from the fields of real estate,
investment and development, who are
looking for new partners and business
opportunities.
At this year’s fair, the Moravian-Silesian
region will mainly be focusing on presenting
its industrial real estate and development
plots with high investment potential.

taking part in EXPO REAL 2024 means
more than just an opportunity to present
available real estate. Participation here
also means strengthening the region’s
position as an attractive investment
destination. This is the time to capture
investors by showing them what
the region has to offer, from high
quality infrastructure and a qualified
workforce, to industrial tradition
blended with modern technologies and
innovation,” commented Josef Bělica,
Governor of the Moravian-Silesian
region.
The Czech exhibit at the fair will
offer a plentiful program focused
on current trends in real estate
and investment. The schedule also
includes a moderated debate that will
take place on October 7
th
at 15:00.
The discussion will be centered around
specific steps the region is taking to
become a hub for globally successful
companies. Participants in the debate
will include: Adéla Hradilová, director
of the Moravian-Silesian Innovation
Center, Igor Ivan, Vice-Chancellor
of Strategy and Cooperation at VŠB-
TUO, and Vladislav Kolarik, researcher
at the Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical
Technologies ICT.
The design exhibit will reflect a modern
approach to urbanism and architecture. It
was created by the renowned architectural
studio CHYBIK+KRISTOF ASSOCIATED
ARCHITECTS.
The Moravian-Silesian Investment
and Development agency, along with
regional leadership representatives will
devote their presentations to the topic
of developing an investment environment
and realising foreign investment.
The development agency is involved
in various marketing activities in their
effort to bring more foreign investors into
the region.

The Moravian-Silesian region is once again preparing itself for the presgious Internaonal EXPO
REAL 2024 fair in Munich. As part of its Czech Cies & Regions exposion, the region will be
presenng its porolio of investment opportunies alongside key partners. Parcipang in this trade
fair is a great opportunity for the region to strengthen its posion in the global investment market.
