he International Engineering Fair in Brno, the most
significant industrial trade fair in Central Europe,
is gradually opening its doors and will welcome visitors in
the second week of October. Many industrial companies
have prepared a wealth of new innovations. You’ll also find
us, the POSITIV Business & Style magazine, a multimedia
publishing house, at this major event for the engineering
industry. Not only will our magazine be showcased, but also
the Voices of Industry project, which has been delivering
interviews and podcasts with experts and leaders in Czech
industry, municipal representatives, and other active
individuals for the past five years. A common theme in these
interviews will be the broader use of hydrogen. This past
July, the government approved an update to the Hydrogen
Strategy in the Czech Republic. However, as noted
at the Ministry of Industry and Trade press conference in
late August, the Czech Republic is somewhat lagging in
the adoption of hydrogen. The medium is expensive, scarce,
and, for example, unsuitable for transportation without
the necessary infrastructure.
You are now beginning to browse through the latest issue
of POSITIV Business & Style magazine. This edition can
be found in your mailboxes, but also in various Czech
and European centers, such as the Expo Real fair in
Germany, the aforementioned MSV in Brno, or exhibitions
and B2B meetings in the UK, Italy, and Poland. Thanks
to our bilingual approach, we have received significant
international feedback.
While I’m on the topic of the magazine, in this traditionally
extensive issue, you’ll find many current topics not only
from our region. I’d like to highlight the interview with
Mr. Roman Valný, who sheds light on the changes within
Innomotics, a manufacturer of unique motors, among
other products, that is facing significant transformations.
Another interesting article features MATEICIUC, a plastics
company that is also exploring the use of recycled materials
and the implementation of nanotechnologies. Equally
inspiring is the interview with Martin Fišer, the Director
of Turck, a global leader in industrial automation.
Of course, the magazine also includes regular sections,
from the management forum to invitations to cultural
events, to previews of intriguing new books.

ezinárodní strojírenský veletrh v Brně, nej-
významnější průmyslový veletrh ve střední
Evropě, pomalu otevírá své brány a druhý týden v říjnu
přivítá návštěvníky, pro které řada průmyslových firem
připravila spoustu novinek. I nás, magazín POSITIV
Business & Style, jako multimediální vydavatelství,
najdete na tomto svátku strojařů. K vidění bude nejen
samotný časopis, ale i projekt Voices of Industry, kte-
rý již pět let přináší rozhovory a podcasty s odborníky
a lídry českého průmyslu, zástupci municipalit či dal-
šími aktivními lidmi. Silným jmenovatelem rozhovorů
bude možné širší využití vodíku. Vláda letos v červenci
schválila aktualizaci Vodíkové strategie v Česku. Jak
ale zaznělo na tiskové konferenci MPO na konci srp-
na, Česká republika s nasazením vodíku trochu pokul-
hává. Médium je drahé, nedostupné a například pro
dopravu bez potřebné infrastruktury.
Právě začínáte listovat aktuálním číslem magazínu
POSITIV Business & Style. Je to vydání, se kterým
se můžete setkat ve svých poštovních schránkách,
ale i v řadě českých i evropských center, namátkově
v Německu na veletrhu Expo Real, zmíněném MSV

Upozorňuji na rozhovor s panem Romanem Valným,
jenž osvětlí změny ve společnosti Innomotics, výrob-
ce např. unikátních motorů, kterou čekají velké změny.
Další zajímavý článek je o firmě MATEICIUC, plasti-
kářská firma, která jde i cestou využití recyklovaných
materiálů či implementace nanotechnologií. Neméně
inspirující je i rozhovor s Martinem Fišerem, ředitelem
společnosti Turck, globálním lídrem v oblasti průmys-
lové automatizace.
V magazínu samozřejmě najdete i pravidelné rubri-
