digitální technologie, které usnadní správně vybrat
a vyltrovat to podstatné z té přemíry informací

gazínu nabídnout zejména positivní vnímání
a optimistický pohled na podnikatelské a společenské
aktivity a život v Moravskoslezském kraji. Vysněná lep-
ší budoucnost je o dobré připravenosti a kvalitě dneš-
ních mladých. K tomu je třeba od nejútlejšího věku
promyšleně a vhodnou formou mobilizovat a rozvi-
nout jejich tvůrčí potenciál. Osvojit si moderní digitální
technologie, které usnadní správně vybrat a vyfiltrovat
to podstatné z té přemíry informací kolem nás.
Vypěstovat schopnost naučit se s informacemi logic-
ky pracovat a na základě toho samostatně i kolektivně
tvořit. Jde o to, aby obsahová náplň výuky všech stup-
ňů vzdělávání odpovídala budoucím potřebám trhu
práce, jde o promyšlenou práci s talenty, služby kari-
érového poradenství a zejména spolupráci škol všech
stupňů s komerční a podnikatelskou sférou, tedy spo-
lupráci škola-firma. Právě těmto myšlenkám bychom
se rádi věnovali na připravované konferenci 4EDUCO,
kterou budeme pořádat v pátek 29. 11. 2024 během
výstavy Student a Job v konferenčních prostorách na
Černé Louce v Ostravě.

or the past six years, we have been striving to
offer our magazine readers a primarily positive
perception and an optimistic view of business and
social activities, as well as life in the Moravian-Silesian
Region. A better future is built on good preparation
and the quality of today’s youth. To achieve this, it is
necessary to thoughtfully and appropriately mobilise
and develop their creative potential from an early age.
They must master modern digital technologies that will
help them properly select and filter what is essential from
the overwhelming amount of information around us.
We need to cultivate the ability to work with information
logically, and based on that, create independently as well
as collaboratively. The goal is to ensure that the content
of education at all levels aligns with the future needs
of the job market. This includes thoughtful work with
talents, career counseling services, and especially
the collaboration between schools at all levels with
the commercial and business sectors—specifically,
the school-company partnership. These are the ideas we
wish to focus on at the upcoming 4EDUCO conference,
which we will host on Friday, November 29, 2024,
during the Student and Job exhibition at the conference
facilities at Černá Louka in Ostrava.
