Four years ago, when you first
announced your purchase
of the agglomeration complex, which is
located only a stone’s throw away from
DOV, you had very ambitious plans.
What has become of this vision?
AZ: We saw great potential for
the development of a business-industrial
district in this location which laid fallow
for years. Being bordered by both Rudná
and Místecká, the area has perfect supply
access, is close to the city centre, and
offers great public transport options for
employees and customers. The project is
being completed in stages, and we have
now finished the second phase, which
included the construction of 5 halls along
with the appropriate infrastructures.
The park currently has six tenants, and we
have a wide variety of spaces immediately
available for any interested party.
Did you have any experience with
brownfield development prior to starting
this project? If yes, what experience did
you have?
AZ: Prior to this project, we had experience
with brownfields abroad, although the park
in Ostrava was our first venture of this kind
in Czechia. In the case of this specific
development project, the necessary
demolition and rehabilitation work had
