Thanks to innovations in the MedTech field, the company has now introduced a system for non-invasive treatment of the hyperactive bladder. The company was established in 2014 as a startup. It focuses mainly on the field of research and development of the medical appliance technology in the field of neuromodulation. Their goal was to remove or at least mitigate the symptoms of many diseases with the use of neuromodulation treatment. This treatment operates on the principle that an electrical signal influences a person’s neural system, by which the function of some organs can be affected. Today, Tesla Medical is one of the most important companies in its field not only in the Czech Republic. They were the first company in the world to introduce the clinically tested neuromodulation system URIS, which treats the hyperactive bladder and related incontinence non-invasively. The system is intended both for surgery and the home treatment of the patient. Thanks to the unique neuromodulation method eTNM®, the company received several American and European patents. The Tesla Medical team managed to optimize the development cycle phases, which resulted in more effective work of the experts in the field of HW, SW, design and construction.
