Odpověď architektky Evy Jiřičné z rozhovoru v tomto

čísle se mě pozitivně dotkla. Je totiž až překvapivě vý-

stižná. „Kdybyste měla přirovnat lídra k materiálu, jaký

by to byl?“

„Sklo. Stoprocentně sklo. Je průhledné, upřímné,

na nic si nehraje. Ale když se k němu chováte špatně,

praskne.“

Lídři – ať už vedou tým, firmu, nebo město – jsou vy-

staveni neustálému tlaku. Očekává se od nich pevnost

i empatie, strategie i lidskost. Málokdo si uvědomuje,

jak náročná je to pozice – být transparentní, stát v čele,

inspirovat ostatní, a přitom neztratit vlastní rovnováhu.

Motivace se nehledá snadno. Někdy přichází v rozho-

voru, jindy při běhu se svým týmem. Věřím v sílu týmo-

vých zážitků, které jdou dál než běžný teambuilding.

Sport stmeluje – posiluje ducha spolupráce i atmosfé-

ru přátelství. Týmový běh nebo soutěž družstev může

být víc než jen hra. Je to obraz toho, jaký jste lídr. Jdete

příkladem? Nasloucháte? Umíte nechat zazářit druhé?

V každém čísle magazínu Positiv Business & Style při-

nášíme podněty k zamyšlení nad tím, jak se daří vést

lidi a projekty v různých firmách, městech i oborech.

Tentokrát jsme se více zaměřili na architekturu a rozvoj

– a také se díváme, kde a jak do těchto oblastí proniká

umělá inteligence. Usnadňuje práci? Posouvá hranice

možností? I u architektury platí, že záleží na každém

detailu.

The response of architect Eva Jiřičná in this issue’s

interview struck a chord with me. It is strikingly accurate:

“If you were to compare a leader to a material, what

would it be?”

“Glass. Definitely glass. It’s transparent, honest,

and doesn’t pretend to be something else. But if you

treat it poorly, it cracks.”

Leaders – whether they are at the helm of a team,

a company, or a city – are facing constant pressure. They

are expected to be strong yet empathetic, strategic yet

human. Few people realise how demanding this role

truly is – to remain transparent, to stand at the forefront,

to inspire others, all while keeping one’s own balance.

Motivation is not easy to find. Sometimes it comes

through conversation, other times while running

with your team. I believe in the power of shared team

experiences that go beyond ordinary teambuilding.

Sport brings people together – it strengthens the spirit

of cooperation and the sense of friendship. A team run

or a group competition can be more than just a game.

It is a reflection of what kind of leader you are. Do you

lead by an example? Do you listen? Do you know how

to let others shine?

In every issue of Positiv Business & Style, we offer

reflections on how people and projects are being led

across companies, cities, and industries. This time,

we focused more on architecture and development

– and we also explored where and how artificial

intelligence is entering these fields. Does it make work

easier? Does it push the boundaries of what is possible?

Even in architecture, every detail matters.
