Experts Are
Heading to Zlín
The conference, where industry leaders will share
their views with around four hundred participants,
will be held in Zlín. Featured speakers will include
Ivan Kutil, founder of AppSatori, one of Czechia’s
leading experts on Google, and Karel Šimánek -
co-founder of the BigHub startup, a company that
works with Temelín and ČEZ on AI development.
Both of these men are experts in their field, and
the same title can be awarded to Jan Haken,
a manager who has spent the past six years working
under the banner of the tech giant DELL.
“Lectures themselves are not sufficient.
The schedule will be supplemented by real world
demonstrations of the amazing possibilities of AI
usage,” remarked Jan Vlk, director of Zlin.ai,
a partner of the conference. Mr. Vlk, together with
Jan Šindelář, will take on the role of moderator
at the AI stage.
One of FENOMÉN’s main keynotes will be presented
by the aforementioned Jan Romportl. The co-
founder of the Elin.ai startup will inspire visitors at
the Business stage. Of course the event would not
be complete without a couple influential women
and media veterans - preacher of digital health,
Tomáš Šebek, first lady of Czech e-commerce Jitka
Dvořáková, general manager at Mastercard Jana
Lvova, and director of the Economia publishing
company Lenka Černá. These big names will also
be supplemented by businessman Jiří Hlavenka,
who has Czechia’s largest investment under his belt
(Kiwi.com).
FENOMÉN is the largest conference of its kind
in Moravia, and is built on networking. The four
stages (Business, AI, Innovation, HR) will be linked
by the central theme of: “The Art Of Cooperation.”
Why cooperation? “Limited perspectives slow
company growth. Technologies allow us to create
new forms of cooperation, and it is important to
highlight this as it allows us all to focus on the bigger
picture rather than staying hyper focused on
our piece of the puzzle.” added Vlaďka Snášel
Lukašíková, main organiser of the event.
After listening to the inspiring talks at the main
stages, and participating in the many scheduled
workshops, participants will also be welcome
to visit the Smart Zone, which will give them
the opportunity to test out, for example, the AI bar
or a robotic beer tap. Cheaper ticket fares will be

Jan Romportl, AI personality of the year, will be one
of the 30 esteemed speakers at the FENOMÉN
conference scheduled for March 20th 2025.
