Radka Šušková, Managing Director of New
Dimension, announced the sixth annual SCHOOL
FRIENDLY award, focusing on collaboration
between schools and companies.
In the 2024 DÉHORA HR Manager of the Year
competition, awards were presented to Brose CZ
and Schaeffler. Iveta Nakoukalová from Schaeffler
stated, "We’ve received feedback from our
employees that information is not easily accessible
or can sometimes be distorted. That’s why we
developed the e-workbook, an internal system
containing all HR information and electronic forms.
This tool improves communication and saves time
for employees, especially those in production, who
no longer need to seek us out for information."
The evening welcomed notable guests, including
the newly elected President of the Association
of Regions of the Czech Republic and Governor
of the Zlín Region, Radim Holiš. He emphasised,
"Regional cooperation is key to success. If one
region thrives, I believe the neighboring region
will benefit as well. Currently, we are addressing
the impact of the largest investment by onsemi in
the Rožnov area."
The gala evening showcased that the Moravian-
Silesian Region boasts not only a strong industrial
foundation but also a rich cultural life and modern
approaches to human resources development.
