Recipe with a Regional Flavour Blueberry Cake with Quark and Sour Cream

Crust:
• 1 cup of semi-coarse flour
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 100 g of melted butter
• 12 g of baking powder
Filling:
• 500 g of quark
• 250 g of sour cream
• 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
• 12 g of vanilla sugar
• 42 g of vanilla pudding mix (powder)
Blueberries:
• 150 g of frozen blueberries
• 20 g of fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Line a round baking tin with parchment paper and
prepare the crust mixture using the listed ingredients.
Divide the mixture evenly and spread three-quarters
of it across the bottom of the tin. In a bowl, mix
the quark, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla
sugar, and pudding mix, then pour this filling over
the crust. Top with the frozen blueberries and the
remaining portion of the crust mixture. Bake the cake
in a preheated oven at 340°F for approximately
45 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.
Once baked, allow the cake to cool completely, and
last, garnish it with fresh blueberries.
