V nejbližší době nás čekají dva velké inves-
tiční projekty, a to pořízení druhého CT
přístroje a stavba nového multifunkčního
pavilonu ,,T“. Vzhledem ke spádové oblasti
naší nemocnice, kterou tvoří 150 tisíc oby-
vatel a neustále narůstá, pro nás bude vel-
kým přínosem pořízení druhého přístroje
výpočetní tomografie, jelikož budeme
schopni rozšířit spektrum výkonů, navýšit
počty CT vyšetření a také zkrátit čekací
doby na elektivní vyšetření.
Největším rozvojovým projektem blízké
budoucnosti bude jednoznačně již zmíně-
ná stavba nového multifunkčního pavilonu
s možností izolačního režimu. V této nové
budově bude mimo jiné umístěno napří-
klad oddělení dlouhodobé následné péče,
geriatrické oddělení a kompletní provoz
jednodenní operativy.
Two major investment projects await us in
the near future, namely the purchase of
a second CT machine and the construction
of a new multifunctional pavilion, “T”.
Considering the catchment area of our
hospital, which consists of 150 thousand
in population, and is constantly increasing,
the acquisition of a second computed
tomography device will be of great benefit to
us. We will be able to expand the spectrum
of procedures, increase the number of CT
examinations and also reduce waiting times
for elective examinations.
The biggest development project of
the near future will clearly be the already
mentioned construction of a new multi-
-functional pavilion with the possibility of
isolation mode. Among other things, this
new building will house the department’s
long-term follow-up care, Geriatric
Department, and complete same-day
operations.

V prvé řadě musím zmínit rekonstrukci
lůžkového bloku, jejímž cílem je snížení
energetické náročnosti objektu posta-
veného v roce 1994. Budova dostane
nová okna, zateplenou fasádu a zre-
konstruujeme i střechu. Obrovským
přínosem zejména pro hospitalizované
pacienty bude nová vzduchotechnika,
díky níž budou prostory klimatizované.
Začala také výstavba arytmologických
sálů. Radioterapeutické pracoviště vy-
bavíme dalším kybernetickým ozařova-
čem CyberKnife a Ústav radiodiagnos-
tický novou magnetickou rezonancí.
V létě otevřeme zrekonstruovanou JIP
Oddělení popáleninové medicíny a re-
konstrukční chirurgie.
The first thing that comes to mind is
the reconstruction of our inpatient block and
the goal of which will be to increase the energy
efficiency of the structure. The building,
which was originally constructed in 1994,
will receive new windows, an insulated
facade as well as a new roof. Something that
all of the hospitalized patients are likely to
appreciate, is that there will also be the new
ventilation system, which will allow for climate
control within the structure. We also started
construction of our Arrhythmology Ward.
Our Radiotherapy ward will receive another
CyberKnife cybernetic irradiator and our
radiodiagnostic institute will obtain another
MRI machine. This summer, we are also
planning on reopening our reconstructed ICU
units in the departments of Burn Medicine
and Reconstructive Medicine.
