MANAŽERSKÉ FÓRUM

MANAŽERSKÉ FÓRUM / Jaký vliv má veřejná infrastruktura na Vaše podnikání?

MANAŽERSKÉ FÓRUM Jak to vidí... Jaký vliv má veřejná infrastruktura na Vaše podnikání? Ing. Tomáš Prouza, MBA prezident, Svaz obchodu a cestovního ruchu ČR President of Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism Zemi se daří lépe, pokud je veřejná a soukromá infrastruktura v symbióze. Obchodní řetězce stavějí a modernizují prodejny, budují parkoviště, zachytávající vodu a nabízející dobíjecí stanice, vysazují zeleň, pokrývají okolí obchodů internetem, investují do energetických úspor. V Česku dávají práci 80 tisícům lidí, do státního rozpočtu odvádějí přes 20 miliard korun ročně a do rozvoje investují více než 12 miliard korun za rok. ” A country always prospers better if the public and private infrastructures work symbiotically. This is even more remarkable in a business which supplies ten million people with food: truly impossible without a good network of roads, a reliable power-distribution system, or universal internet coverage. These are as important as the government and its institutions operating efficiently, from planning authorities permitting the construction of new sales points to our schools preparing people to enter the work force. A good balance of enterprise, government, and public administration matters. Retail chains build and renew sales points; build car parks designed to retain rainwater and equipped with charging stations; plant trees and green areas in the city; provide wifi coverage and strong internet access; and invest in energy-saving measures. They employ eighty thousand people in the Czech Republic, their taxes bring in over twenty billion CZK to the Czech budget annually, and they invest over twelve billion CZK in their development. The better the symbiosis with public infrastructure grows, the greater the benefits enjoyed by citizens themselves will be. Ing. Kateřina Divišová obchodní ředitelka, České dráhy, a.s. Commercial Director at České dráhy, a.s. ” Infrastructure is the most important component in the regional railway transport. Ideally, railways are constructed so as to offer competitive alternatives to motor transport in urban districts in areas of speed, frequency, accessibility, and reliability. A railway infrastructure is much more than just rails, stations and related equipment: it is also about accessibility, related buildings, and facilities. The infrastructure and its development depend greatly on the longterm planning of contractors and transporters, the acquisition of new vehicles corresponding with the parameters of the infrastructure, the implementation of new technologies, and the further development of the integrated systems of the region.
