Editorial Board Podnikatelská infrastruktura Když mě kolegové oslovili, abych se vyjádřil k tématu podnikatelská infrastruktura, vrcholila zrovna pandemie onemocnění COVID-19. Zažil jsem během svého působení na poli hájení podnikatelských zájmů různé situace, včetně hospodářské krize okolo roku 2009, ale intenzita, se kterou přicházely problémy během nouzového stavu, byla něčím, s čím jsme se ještě nesetkali. Myslím, že v době pandemie se výrazně projevil pozitivní vliv podnikatelských asociací a svazů na české podnikatelské, ale i politické prostředí. Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR, který je jako sociální partner základním pilířem podnikatelské infrastruktury v ČR, se zapojil do řešení situace v podstatě okamžitě. Hned v počátku krize jsme iniciovali vytvoření online platformy „spojujeme Česko“, která plnila roli online „tržiště“, na kterém firmy nabízely pomoc nejen státu, ale i navzájem samy sobě. Klíčovým opatřením, které jsme od začátku prosazovali, byl tzv. kurzarbeit. Bylo nutné, aby vláda rychle schválila opatření, kterými by kompenzovala firmám náklady způsobené výpadky zaměstnanců v karanténě nebo pečujících o děti kvůli uzavření škol a zejména v důsledku uzavření provozoven a omezení výroby. V naší Velikonoční výzvě, kterou jsme předložili vládě, jsme vydefinovali šest klíčových bodů, které měly pomoci zmírnit zátěž, kterou podnikatelé nečekaně musejí nést na svých bedrech. Až celá situace kolem koronaviru odezní a budeme jí moci hodnotit s odstupem, jsem přesvědčen, že jedním z pozitiv bude právě fungování organizací vytvářejících podmínky pro rozvoj podnikatelské infrastruktury v Česku. Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR, ale i další svazy a organizace v jednotlivých odvětvích, prokázaly svou pohotovost, odbornost a kreativitu. I díky mimořádné spolupráci se svými členy dokázaly navrhnout celou řadu opatření, které podnikatelům umožní situaci zvládnout. Držím všem palce! Ing. Petr Holica Regionální manager pro MSK Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR Infrastructure in Enterprise When my colleagues asked me about entrepreneurial infrastructures, the pandemics of COVID-19 was at its climax. When promoting enterprise, I had been through various crises, including the economic crisis of 2009, but the intensity of problems coming during the lockdown was something I had never encountered before. I believe the pandemic clearly showed the positive influence of business associations and unity in both the entrepreneurial and political environment. Svaz průmyslu a dopravy ČR (the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic), also serving as a social partner in the entrepreneurial infrastructure in the Czech Republic, quickly engaged in solving the situation. At the very start of the crisis we initiated the online platform “Spojujeme Česko” (Interconnecting Czechia) which became an online “market” where businesses offered help to the state as well as to one another. The key measure which we promoted from the get-go was the so-called kurzarbeit (short-time work). It was vital that the government quickly approve measures to compensate the costs that companies suffered when missing their quarantined employees or employees staying at home with children because of schools being closed, and most importantly, costs resulting from their facilities being closed, limiting production. Our Easter Appeal addressing the government defined six crucial measures to ease the difficulties which businesses had to unexpectedly face. After the situation caused by the coronavirus settles down, when we are able to summarize and evaluate its effects, I believe that we will find one of the key positives in the achievements of organizations improving the conditions for infrastructure in enterprise in the Czech Republic. The Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic, along with other unions and organizations in various spheres of enterprise, demonstrated their agility, expertise and creativity. Thanks to the intense cooperation with their members, they succeeded in delivering a wide range of measures which undoubtedly will help entrepreneurs succeed even in the most extraordinary circumstances.
