CEO, Destination Management of Tourist Region of Beskydy-Valašsko Zastupuji obecně prospěšnou společnost, jejíž smyslem je propagace cestovního ruchu a turistické oblasti Beskydy-Valašsko. Kvalitní veřejná infrastruktura má na podnikání subjektů, které poskytují služby v cestovním ruchu, značný vliv. Ráda bych zmínila dvě oblasti: Dopravní infrastrukturu (možnosti parkování, dopravní dostupnost, a to jak z jiných částí republiky do turistické oblasti, tak dopravy uvnitř TO), např. velmi důležitou roli sehrávají cyklobusy a skibusy, které zvyšují dostupnost atraktivit pro ubytované návštěvníky. Velkou bariérou v oblasti rozvoje ČR a zejména cykloturistiky je skutečnost, že cyklotrasy mnohdy vedou po silnicích, což je pro cyklisty nebezpečné, místo toho, aby byly intenzivně budovány cyklostezky, které slouží výhradně pro pohyb cyklistů, jako je tomu např. v Rakousku. Občanskou vybavenost (typu sportovišť, rekreačních zón, aquaparků, naučných stezek atd.), která je nejen službou pro místní obyvatelstvo, ale doplňuje nabídku služeb pro návštěvníky TO Beskydy-Valašsko. “ Kvalitní veřejná infrastruktura má na podnikání subjektů, značný vliv. ” I represent a public benefit organization promoting tourism and the BeskydyValašsko tourist destination. A high-quality public infrastructure has a crucial impact on the efficiency of businesses operating in tourism. I want to emphasize two areas: Transport infrastructure (car parks, connectivity from other parts of the republic to the tourist destination as well as transport within the destination itself). Cyclo-buses and ski-buses are extremely important in this area because they make the attractions in our region easy to reach for visitors accommodated here. On the other hand, we see a barrier to further development of the Czech Republic in spheres of cycling tourism in the great majority of bikeways designed as cycling lanes on the roads, quite dangerous to the cyclists. We need to improve the network of dedicated bikeways designed exclusively for cyclists as we see them in Austria and other countries. Especially in the time after the COVID quarantine, which unfortunately hit Czech tourism, the cycling infrastructure and cyclo-buses are going to play a significant role in restarting our travel industry. Community amenities such as sportsgrounds, leisure resorts, water parks, educational trails, etc., which serve local populations but support a catalogue of attractions and services to visitors of the Beskydy-Valašsko tourist destination. Chápeme to jako ukazatel bonity určitého místa při rozhodování lidí, kteří plánují cestu nebo dovolenou třeba právě do Jeseníků. Stále častěji si uvědomujeme, jak důležitý význam má tato definice v oblasti turistiky. Uvedu příklad na nejmenovaném turistickém místě, hotelu. Jak asi přemýšlí člověk, který zde plánuje dovolenou. Klienta zajímají jen některé části spojené s infrastrukturou, které přímo vyžaduje. Jak se na dané místo dostane, jaké má hotel vybavení a dnes asi nejrozhodující faktor, zda tam bude připojení na internet, popřípadě jaké jsou zde možnosti zábavy. Při tvorbě projektu Jesenické návraty stále více vidíme 6 ǀ POSITIV 2/2020 snahu podnikatelů v turistice o zdokonalování jednotlivých kategorií infarstruktury a tím připravovat pro hosty nezapomenutelné zážitky při výběru dovolené, třeba také v Beskydech. Stále častěji si uvědomujeme, “jak důležitý význam má tato definice v oblasti turistiky. ” Our Return to the Jeseníky (Jesenické návraty) tourist project relies on infrastructure as a quality indicator of a destination which holidaymakers consider when planning their vacations, which includes resorts in the Jeseník Mountains. More and more often we see how important this idea is for tourism. Let me give you a hypothetical example of a destination, such as a hotel. What does a holidaymaker think about? Clients are interested in those aspects of infrastructure which they actually use: how to get to the resort, what amenities does the hotel offer, and the most important detail: what is the quality of the internet connection, and what entertainment does the area offer? When developing the project, we see the intense efforts of entrepreneurs in tourism to improve various components of infrastructure so that visitors can have unforgettable experiences on their holidays--and maybe next time will consider the Beskid Mountains.
