Dalším krokem investora bude výstavba bytového

komplexu s cca 110 bytovými jednotkami, jejíž zaháje-

ní je plánováno na podzim letošního roku. Tento rozvoj

přinese do více než 6,5 ha areálu tak potřebný život

v podobě nových obyvatel.

Na projektu, zejména jeho začátku, se podíleli věhlasní

architekti Josef Pleskot a Kamil Mrva, kteří vtiskli místu

jasnou vizi.

Bytový komplex bude vhodně doplněn retailovými služ-

bami jako jsou kavárny a cukrárny, a společně s expozicí

dřeva v přilehlém objektu vytvoří atraktivní prostředí ne-

jen pro obyvatele, ale i pro návštěvníky. Areál by se měl

stát živým prostorem, kde lidé nejen krátce pobývají, ale

také zde bydlí, pracují a tráví volný čas.

Díky rozvoji zdejší infrastruktury dojde ke zvýšení

atraktivity celé oblasti. Projekt se opírá o součinnost

s obcí a počítá se zapojením místních obyvatel.

The next step in the investor’s plan is the construction

of an apartment complex with around 110 units.

Construction will begin in the fall of this year and it will

span an area of 6.5 ha. This project hopes to attract

many new citizens to the area.

The renowned architects Josef Pleskot and Kamil Mrva

played a key role in creating a vision for the project.

The apartment complex will also feature retail services

such as coffee shops and bakeries. These amenities

and the woodworking exhibition nearby will make this

an attractive destination not only for inhabitants of the

complex, but also for visitors. The design of this project

aims to create a space filled with life where people not

only stay for a short time, but also where they live, work

and spend their free time.

The development of local infrastructure will make the

entire area more attractive. The project is relying on

cooperation with the city and engagement of local

citizens.
