both forms while respecting the needs of
the participants and offers them quality
development,” says Miroslav Marek,
the person in charge of innovation
management at EDUFICO.
Traditional teaching methods are
combined with online learning content
incorporating
instructional
videos,
podcasts and chats with tutors. This
allows the participants guidance while
keeping progress on their topics.
“This approach of development is
enjoyable for clients because of
its variety, which can make one’s
development like a game. On the other
hand, it also requires a high level of
independence and discipline from
the client. He or she plans his or her
own development in time and it is up
to the client to use all the supports for
studying before taking an exam or other
form of verification of the progress in
development,” says Radka Šušková,
who brings her experience in the field of
adult education to EDUFICO.
Additionally, we have to keep in mind
the implementation of gamification,
which would bring even more fun and
interactivity to education and the learning
process. Creating gaming elements
and motivation through competitions
and rewards would enhance engagement
and enjoyment in learning.
Digitalisation in lifelong learning is
opening the door to new opportunities
and increasing the value for both
individuals and society as a whole. By
making the most of available technology,
we are ready to take learning to the next
level, while supporting clients in
developing their skills and increasing
their qualifications. When digitalisation
is used in all areas of development, it
does not set limits even with different
target groups.
