The year 2025 was a year of honest
work that brought inspiring encounters
and further strengthening of relationships
that go beyond ordinary networking.
At Leaders Club, we have never aimed
to create formal meetings without any real
impact. Our ambition is to create a space
where people come together who carry
responsibility, bring experience, and are
willing to think deeply. That is precisely
why our benchmarking visits, expert
discussions, and community gatherings
matter so much. Every event in 2025 once
again showed that the greatest value does
not arise from the presentations themselves,
but from the quality of the conversations,
from sharing both good and challenging
practice, and from the willingness to open
up topics that are often decided quietly
in company leadership, yet with significant
consequences. In this way, the Leaders
Club remains a platform that combines
performance, inspiration, and the human
dimension of leadership.
A great strength of our community also lies
in the fact that we do not see leadership
as a closed discipline that takes place only
in offices and boardrooms. We believe
that real partnership between leaders
is also formed in situations that test
character, courage, and the ability to work
together. That is precisely why both expert
managerial formats and challenges that
take us beyond our comfort zone have their
place. We are not interested in impressive
backdrops. We care about authenticity.
About an environment where people can
trust one another, inspire one another,
and grow together. That is what sets us apart
from ordinary platforms. For us, it is not just
about contacts. It is about a community
with substance, values, and the ambition
to cultivate the environment of modern
leadership in our region.
We are therefore entering
2026 with respect for what we have built,
and at the same time with great anticipation.
In April, we have a gathering at SATUM
Czech focused on the performance
architecture of organisations, and on
the relationship between structure,
ownership, and leadership in delivering
a company’s real performance. Even
here, it will already be clear that we
want to open up topics that are crucial
for today’s leaders: speed of decision-
making, clarity of responsibility,
and measurable impact on results.
In May, we will follow this with another
Iron Challenge via the ferratas in Austria,
because overcoming a demanding route
together also strengthens trust and team
spirit. In June, we will hold the exceptional
anniversary BrainTalk conference
at Futurea in the Dolní Vítkovice area,
where we will explore the legacy of Tomáš
Baťa for today’s management, as well
as inspiration from the timeless thinking
of Professor Zelený. In the autumn, we
will visit the team at Linde Gas in Ropice
and open up the topic of modern dynamic
management of energy infrastructure
with an international dimension. The close
of the year will then belong to Brose, where
another significant milestone of modern
industry is taking shape at its Mošnov plant.
The April programme at SATUM Czech has
already been confirmed on the Leaders
Club website.
I am convinced that it is precisely this
combination of strategic topics, open
sharing, strong personalities, and shared
experiences that gives the Leaders Club
its uniqueness. We are not a community
for everyone. We are a community for those
who want to grow, lead responsibly,
and be part of an environment with quality,
depth, and purpose. And that is exactly
why I believe that 2026 will be another
year in which people will join us who
are not merely looking for membership,
but for real, authentic leadership.

otevírat témata, která jsou pro součas-
né lídry zásadní: rychlost rozhodování,
jasnost odpovědností i měřitelný dopad
na výsledky. V květnu navážeme další
Železnou výzvou na rakouských ferra-
tách, protože i společně překonaná nároč-
ná cesta posiluje důvěru a týmového du-
cha. V červnu nás čeká výjimečná výroční
konference BrainTalk v prostorách Futurea
v Dolní oblasti Vítkovice, kde se budeme
věnovat odkazu Tomáše Bati pro dnešní
management i inspiraci nadčasovým myš-
lením profesora Zeleného. Na podzim
nahlédneme do Ropice k týmu Linde Gas
a otevřeme téma moderního dynamické-
ho řízení energetické infrastruktury s me-
zinárodním přesahem. Závěr roku pak
bude patřit společnosti Brose, kde v moš-
novském závodě vzniká další významný
milník moderního průmyslu. Dubnový
program v SATUM Czech je již na webu
Leaders Clubu potvrzen.
Jsem přesvědčen, že právě tato kombi-
nace strategických témat, otevřeného
sdílení, silných osobností a společných
zážitků dává Leaders Clubu jeho jedineč-
nost. Nejsme komunitou pro každého.
Jsme komunitou pro ty, kteří chtějí růst,
vést odpovědně a být součástí prostředí,
které má úroveň, hloubku i smysl. A právě
proto věřím, že rok 2026 bude dalším ob-
dobím, kdy se k nám budou přidávat lidé,
kteří nehledají jen členství, ale skutečný
autentický leadership.
