MoneyFest
You can look forward to three stages and four workshop
rooms. The programme will feature 70 speakers, while
up to 48 partners will present themselves in the expo
zone. A new addition this year is the OFFICE SPOT
– a space for guests who need to take care of work
during the day. Naturally, there will also be quality
coffee from McCafé to keep you going throughout
the day. And because networking is an integral part
of MoneyFest, we have also prepared a competition
for visitors with an iPhone 17 Pro as the prize.
Longevity: Investing in Health and Practical Tips
We often view ageing as a natural and inevitable
process. However, current scientific knowledge shows
that this process is not as fixed as we believed until quite
recently. To a certain extent, we are able to influence
it – and in some respects even slow it down.
The lecture will focus on the fundamental pillars
of longevity, such as nutrition, sleep, and movement.
It shows their real impact not only on overall lifespan,
but above all on the length of life lived in good health
(known as healthspan). The quality of the years we
live actively and without chronic illness is now one
of the key topics in modern medicine and society.
The lecture will be led by a distinguished guest,
Miloslav Šindelář, who will offer an accessible
perspective on current knowledge as well as practical
recommendations that can be applied in everyday life.
Taxes? No, Thanks.
Taxes are among the few things that can quietly take
a significant bite out of your returns. This workshop,
focused on property and investment taxation, will offer
a practical overview of how to navigate tax exemptions,
holding periods, the differences between flat-rate
and actual expenses, and how to deal properly
with renovations, sales, or rentals.
There will be specific examples of mistakes that cost
investors tens of thousands of crowns each year
– often simply because they were not addressed
in time. Participants will learn what to watch out
for in documentation, which situations should set
off a “red warning light”, and how to ask clients
the right questions in order to prevent problems. No
rule-bending, no grey areas – just legal procedures
and real-world practice. The entire workshop will be
led by the experienced lecturer Nikola Zítková.

Alternative investments are becoming increasingly
popular because they appear simple and fun. You buy
something attractive, store it away, and sell it a few
years later for more. But when it comes to physical
assets, the gap between the story and the reality is
often the widest. Liquidity, costs, storage, insurance,
maintenance, authentication, and above all the fact
that the market can turn faster than sentiment on
Instagram. In this panel discussion, we will speak
openly about which categories genuinely make sense
from an investment perspective and where it is fairer
to call it collecting instead. You can look forward
to an impressive line-up of guests who are among
the very best in their fields.
