Investice: 402,724 mil. Kč

Objekt, který už počátkem 60. let pl-

nil úlohu pavilonu výstaviště na Černé

louce, najde po rekonstrukci využití

ve službách Národního divadla morav-

skoslezského. Budova, jež má za sebou

také minulost kurtu a golfového hřiště

začne fungovat jako divadelní scéna.

Pojme 220 diváků a hercům zajistí

rozsáhlé zkušební prostory. Dočkáme

se během roku 2026.

3. RECONSTRUCTION OF PAVILION

G AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE

ČERNÁ LOUKA

Location: Moravian Ostrava and Přívoz

Investment: CZK 402,724 mil.

After reconstruction, the building,

which already served as the pavilion

of the exhibition centre at Černá louka

in the early 1960s, will be used in

the services of the Moravian-Silesian

National Theatre. The building, which

also has a history as a tennis court and

golf course, will begin to function as

a theatre stage. It will accommodate

220 spectators and provide actors with

a large rehearsal space. We can expect

to see it during 2026.

In 2024, Ostrava can also manage funds from the highest budget in its history. In connecon with

this reality, the city management announced in advance its eorts to maximise the city's investment

potenal. This has been done, as almost 36% of the enre budget has been allocated to investment

projects. For the readers we present a sample of the most interesng investments - both large

and small - that have been launched or completed this year, or are currently in various stages of

implementaon. The arcle was published in a broader sense, including all images and visualizaons,

4. MULTIFUNKČNÍ AREÁL PORUBA

Lokalita: Poruba

Investice: 110 mil. Kč

Kompletní přestavba všeobecně známé

haly poblíž porubské Vozovny přine-

se její proměnu ve skutečně moderní,

komfortní areál k provozování zimních

sportů, včetně odpovídajícího zázemí

pro hráče i diváky. První etapa rekon-

strukce skončila v lednu, ta druhá – zá-

věrečná – je v plném proudu.

PORUBA

Location: Poruba

Investment: CZK 110 mil.

The complete reconstruction

of the notorious hall near the Poruba

railway depot will transform it into

a truly modern, comfortable facility

for winter sports, including adequate

facilities for players and spectators.

The ﬁrst stage of the reconstruction

ended in January, while the second and

ﬁnal stage is underway.

Investice: 448,275 mil. Kč (bez DPH)

Stavební ruch v DPS Korýtko by měl

skončit v lednu 2025. Po zhotovení pro-

vedených úprav získá Ostrava seniorské

pobytové zařízení, splňující veškeré

současné nároky, a to ať už jde o po-

hodlí, prostorové dispozice, moderní

zařízení nebo architektonické řešení

objektu. Dřívější „domov důchodců“

ze šedivých normalizačních dob „pro-

koukne“ od podlahy až po strop.

5. EXPANSION, RECONSTRUCTION

RETIREMENT HOME KORÝTKO

Location: Ostrava-South

Investment: CZK 448,275 mil. (VAT

excluded)

After the completion of the modiﬁcations,

Ostrava will have a residential facility

for the elderly that meets all current

requirements in terms of comfort,

spatial layout, modern equipment

and architectural design. The former

" old people's home" from the grey

standardisation era will be "restored"

from ﬂoor to ceiling.
