Electronics manufacturing will be
completely transferred to the new
production hall, while our current
premises will house our administrative
department. The new facility will contain
an expanded assembly line that will triple
our current production capacity. The new
building will also expand our storage
space and feature multiple apartments
for employees that have a long commute,
visitors, or external coworkers, so that they
have somewhere to stay free of charge
while working on a project.
Currently, we are also working on
using the PLM software made by
Siemens, Teamcenter, to submit drawing
documentation, which would allow us to
better merge the building’s construction
with our production line. Furthermore,
we will also implement traceability and
Industry 4.0 management principles into
the new space.
Is there a message you would like to relay
to the customers and employees of MSV
Elektronika with regards to your entrance
into the position of general director?
I would like to tell our current customers
that with me officially taking over as
general director, on 1. 2. 2024, MSV
Elektronika has changed their pricing
policy, which was not very favorable for
the past couple years. Not everything
we had done in the past worked out, and
we are aware of this. At the same time,
I would also like to invite our customers
to the grand opening of our new facility,
which will take place on the 30th of May.
At this event, they will be able to make sure
that we will have one of the most modern
production facilities in northern Moravia,
maybe in the entirety of Czechia, with
their own eyes. Most importantly, it will
show them that we have the extra capacity
to handle their potential commissions.
I am incredibly grateful for all of the
companys employees, no matter
the position they have. I hope that none of
them will feel that I am neglecting them.
Every single one of them is important
for the company. I would like to hold
quarterly company-wide staff meetings,
at which we, the management, would
go over what progress made between
meetings, future plans, weak points,
potential improvements, etc.. Right now,
I can confidently say that we know we
have around two to three years of work
still ahead of us. Finally, I would also like
to tell them that I am glad to be a part of
our company, and that I am prepared to
do anything for it.
Mr. Škrobánek, thank you for the interview.
