What inspired you to create
the MoneyFest conference, and what
makes it stand out among other
financial conferences?
Over the past three years I had the honor
of acting as leader of the Colors of Finance
conference. Throughout this time
I gathered a lot of valuable information
and carefully monitored events in
the Prague market. Taking high demand
into account, I therefore then decided to
make use of the opportunity to present
a new and unique project to the market -
the MoneyFest conference.
Our MoneyFest separates itself from
other financial conferences through
the emphasis we place on maintaining
a personalised approach, vision and
creating a program that is filled with
experts and information that can be readily
applied in the everyday work of financial
advisors. Conferences in Czechia are
generally held to a high standard, and so
we are making sure that we cover all of our
bases and perfect every detail. This will
guarantee that the first MoneyFest will be
an unforgettable experience for all our
partners, participants and speakers. We
are aware of the fact that first impressions
are very important.
For you, as an Ostrava native, what
was the main reason behind hosting
the conference in Prague? Was this
choice a strategic decision or did you
have any personal reasons?
Ostrava already has the Colors of Finance
conference. This is a very well-respected
event and it deserves all the attention it
can get. However, Prague offers a wide
variety of options and holds great
potential, which is something that inspires
us to challenge ourselves.
Like I previously mentioned, if
the demand was not as high as it is, we
would never have thought to create this
project. The beginning of this journey
may be difficult, nevertheless, I believe
that MoneyFest will end up growing
into one of the leading conferences in
the fieldof finance, and will gain respect
through its high visitor counts.
What is your vision for the future of
MoneyFest? Do you plan to expand into
different fields, formats or even cities or
countries in the upcoming years?
We have another MoneyFest scheduled
at the National Football Stadium in
Bratislava on the 29
th
of October this year.
Right now, I cannot disclose any details
regarding the program, however, I can
definitely say that it is going to be one
of the best events of the year.
Other than that we are also organising
a MoneyClub, which will be composed of
smaller club meetings of around 50-100
financial advisors, and these will be held
in Prague, Brno and Ostrava. Of course,
I also cannot forget our charity event
MoneyCamp, which aims to educate
children from orphanages about financial
literacy.
You promise to discuss the newest
trends and provide unique insight into
the world of finances. What was your
selection process for speakers,
and who can we look forward
to seeing?
We took our time looking for topics
that would cover common issues faced
by financial advisors in their work with
clients. Our goal is to provide advisors
with practical information which they
can immediately put into practice. When
selecting speakers we place the most
emphasis on their expertise and ability to
transfer knowledge into practice. At the
same time, we also want to provide our
visitors with perspectives and information
from speakers that do not participate
in conferences very often. You can find
more information as well as ticket sales at
www.moneyfest.cz. We are looking
forward to seeing you there!
Ms. Kunzová, thank you for the interview.
