What Does THE ŽENY Oer?
Vindy Krejčí grew up in a socially excluded environment and today she understands just how
crucial it is to meet the right people at the right me. That is why she built THE ŽENY, a plaorm
that opens up topics people do not usually talk about.
Where did the impulse to create THE ŽENY come from?
I come from a socially excluded background
and I realised very early on how important a role
it played in my life that I met the right people – teachers
who guided me – and that I had a loving family. That
is exactly why THE ŽENY was created: as a space
that aims to show young people their potential, help
them take the first step and, at the same time, open
up difficult topics such as bullying, mental health,
addiction and social exclusion.
What is the essence of THE ŽENY today?
It is not just an event or a one-off project. It is a platform
that connects inspiration, education and concrete
opportunities for young people and women,
with the aim of helping them grow both personally
and professionally. We do not work only with “nice
inspiration”; through events, community, a podcast
and educational campaigns, we create a space where
people gain a new perspective, contacts, know-how
and direction.
