sessions, workshops and strategy meetings
here. For smaller teams, it accommodates
up to twenty-five participants, while larger
groups can use the hall with a capacity
of up to eighty people. The owner had
had the idea for the meeting room
in mind for a long time and brought
it to life together with architect Kamil
Mrva. Two years ago, the building was
nominated for the Building of the Year
of the Moravian-Silesian Region award
and received an honourable mention
in the category of civic amenity buildings.
The restaurant, however, is by no means
overshadowed. It works with seasonal
ingredients, the wines are carefully
selected, and the kitchen has earned
its own awards. Vegetables come
from an organic farm, and in the future
they plan to source all meat exclusively
from certified breeders.
Behind the hotel lies a garden, a clay sports
court and a small pool, with the peaks
of the Beskydy Mountains rising beyond
them. What awaits you is genuine
peace with no neighbours, just birds
and a terrace with a view.
U Holubů is a family business in both
senses of the word: in what it is, and in how
it makes you feel. The owners want
to create an oasis of peace, relaxation
and genuine luxury here. A place people
are happy to return to.
