What is FENOMÉN about? What is the main goal of this conference and what do you want it to accomplish? FENOMÉN is a conference centered around digital transformation, aiming to update traditional views of business to more modern, digital standards. It is the first of its kind in Czechia. Conferences focused on specialized fields fail to take into account the effective connection of digitization within the different departments of a company. FENOMÉN offers a program on four different stages simultaneously, showing managers that it is a complex event. The whole management department can therefore travel to the venue together, in a single car; however, they will split up between the presentation stages.
