a very similar way. Five years ago, Remoska
management contacted us with an inquiry
regarding an expansion of their production
capacity, and the location of the Kopřivnice
industrial area suited their needs. I am very
glad to see a traditional Czech company
developing a foundation within this area,
as it is bound to be a stable employer
even if the automotive industry sustains
any instability.
Petr Zajaroš: The Brose CZ plant first
opened in the Kopřivnice industrial
complex in 2004 and was updated to its
current state in 2013. One year later, we
launched our Kids Club, which not only
serves as a kindergarten for the children
of our employees, but also offers a series
of clubs, extracurricular activities and
summer camps. We are proud that our
Czech plant has developed a reputation
far beyond a simple assembly line. Our
development team is in charge of the sales
division for seats in Eastern Europe.
Currently, it is made up of 120 people and
we plan to expand this number in the near
future. Thanks to this, in comparison
to eight years ago, we can now offer a large
amount of new highly qualified work
positions.
I believe that our strength lies in the fact
that we are more than a production
company. Both Brose and Remoska have
their own development studios that are
able to generate value that spans beyond
even just Czechia.
Zdenek Sartoris: Remoska is now entering
its second year in the Kopřivnice industrial
complex. We ended up choosing this
location for multiple reasons, one of which
