Representatives from various industries
of the Moravian-Silesian Region had
the opportunity to hear inspiring stories
from the main guests. Pavel Drobil,
the owner of Anacot Capital, shared
his experiences from both political
and business environments, emphasising
the importance of a positive approach
to the region's future. Jan Hasík,
the founder and CEO of HSF System
a.s., spoke about the values of honesty,
hard work, and courage that guide him
on his journey. He also highlighted
the importance of humility and natural
authority. "It's not important what's on
your business card, but whether you
can be beneficial to people," Mr. Hasík
emphasised. Being beneficial determines
the strength not only of the company
itself, its culture, or its sense of belonging,
but also the strength of the leader who
guides it.
The meeting focused on the development
of the region, innovation, and the vision
of the Czech industry. Discussions
revolved around digital transformation
and the challenges faced by Czech
manufacturing companies, including
the shortage of skilled workers and
the costs of modernisation. Hasík
presented new technologies and
materials for sustainability in construction.
The meeting also focused on the key role
of the development of the Moravian-
Silesian Region from the perspective
of synergy, interconnection, and
sharing ideas of these key regional
leaders. Helena Ruszová, the CEO
of Moravian Premium Care, emphasised
the importance of sharing these
experiences for the region's development.
And precisely the spaces of the Černá
Perla clinic, where the meeting was held,
are not just areas of a healthcare facility
but also a beautiful space for these types
of meetings.
The third Leaders Club meeting concluded
with an informal barbecue debate,
where individual leaders shared their
experiences and ideas. "Innovation without
implementation is hallucination," reminded
Libor Wittasek to the guests. Adam Liška,
the president of Leaders Club, invited
everyone to the next inspiring meetings
that will take place in the fall of this year.
Tomáš Baťa once said: "He who wants,
seeks a way. He who doesn't want, seeks
a reason." This quote perfectly captures
the spirit of the meeting, where discussions
revolved around seeking paths to success
and overcoming obstacles. The stories
of Pavel Drobil and Jan Hasík serve
as an example of how strong determination
and resolve can drive not only individuals
but also an entire region towards prosperity
and innovation.
