new products, we also test their water and
energy consumption or their reliability and
durability through life cycle tests, which
helps us maintain high quality standards.
How do you support the local
community and projects in Příbor?
Martina Scholasterová: We strive
to be a good neighbour and support
the local community in a variety of ways.
We support local sports clubs, such
as football and basketball, at all ages. We
also cooperate with the town of Příbor,
we are a proud partner of the sporting
event Příbor Run and we also participate
in the Children's Day event every year. This
project is already in its fourth year and our
employees present various activities in
which they are involved in their free time
and we then select 5 projects to support
financially based on certain criteria. This
year, for example, we have supported
the Children's Dance Group from Příbor,
the Cynology Club from Skotnice, a group
of parents from Chlebovice who practice
gymnastics with their children, and
the football club in Děrný near Fulnek.
Among other things, we cooperate closely
with the Příbor Grammar School.
What activities does your cooperation
with the grammar school entail?
Martina Scholasterová: Our cooperation
with the Příbor Grammar School is
one of our key projects. With our help,
the students took part in the CanSat
competition, where they had to design
and build a mini-satellite in the size
of a tin can. Our company provided
the students with computing equipment
in the form of laptops and provided
funds that allowed them to equip their
workshop with 3D printers, tools and
other necessary equipment. This support
allowed the students to achieve excellent
results in the competition, winning fourth
place in the national competition, and they
are now planning further development
of their projects. Currently, the boys from
the grammar school are preparing for
the second generation of CanSat and have
the ambition to launch a "smart workshop"
that will be part of the school's lessons.
Do you plan to extend your support
for regional projects and education in
the future?
Martina Scholasterová: We certainly want
to continue supporting local projects and
educational initiatives. We are planning
further cooperation with the Příbor
Grammar School and other educational
institutions and schools to support young
talents and help them develop their
skills, knowledge and sportsmanship. We
believe that investing in education and
community projects is key to the long-
term development of our region. Our
support includes not only funding and
physical equipment, but also professional
consultation and mentoring that can
help students with their professional
development.
What distinguishes your company
culture and what are its key values?
David Grendysa: Our company culture
is based on innovation, quality and
responsibility. We strive to create a work
environment that fosters creativity and
professional growth for our employees.
At the same time, we place great emphasis
on sustainability and social responsibility,
which is reflected in our products and
activities. Employees are motivated to
continuously improve and innovate
through our internal programme OTÁČKY,
which allows us to maintain a competitive
advantage in the marketplace. Our
company culture is also very open
and supportive, which shows in our
communication and collaboration across
teams.
What challenges and opportunities do
you see for the future of your company?
David Grendysa: The main challenges
are the constant technological evolution
and the need to adapt to rapidly changing
market demands. However, we also
see many opportunities, particularly in
the areas of digitalisation and sustainable
technologies. Our investments in research
and development allow us to be ready
for these challenges and to seize new
opportunities for growth. We continuously
monitor new trends and technologies to
respond to changes and bring innovative
and efficient solutions to the market.
