Golf Academy and Spanish Coach
Gonzalo Sánchez
The golf academy has undergone
significant changes for the new season.
It is now led by world-class Spanish
coach Gonzalo Sánchez, who holds
PGA Golf Professional accreditation and
is an authorised instructor of the global
Stack and Tilt Golf Academy. Prosper Golf
Resort Čeladná and the 55 Holes Golf
Destination is the first place in the Czech
Republic and Central Europe to implement
the standards of this global academy.
The academy’s philosophy remains the
same, focusing on children, beginners,
amateurs, and professionals. Gonzalo
has gained exceptional experience in
golf through his work at some of the best
golf resorts worldwide, including TPC
Sawgrass (Florida, USA), the PGA Tour
headquarters, and host of THE PLAYERS
CHAMPIONSHIP. He also worked at Real
Club Valderrama (ranked the best golf
course in Europe by Golf Digest), which
hosted the 1997 Ryder Cup and currently
hosts Valderrama LIV. He currently leads
a significant golf academy in southern
Spain, The San Roque Golf Club, where
he has been since 2017. Gonzalo also had
a career as a professional golfer, playing
on the European Alps Tour, PGA National
Tour, and other notable tournaments.
However, coaching has always been
his passion. Over more than ten years,
he has amassed extensive experience
as a professional player, continuously
studying, working hard, and expanding
his knowledge to build his world-class
coaching reputation.
