gar, které je největší svého druhu ve střední Evropě.

Při vstupu na zahraniční trhy určitě čelíte různým

překážkám. Jaké strategie volíte k jejich překonání?

Klíčovými trhy pro nás zůstávají Česko a Slovensko,

ale projekty jsme již úspěšně realizovali i v Rakousku,

Slovinsku, Dánsku, Polsku a Itálii. V Rakousku jsme do-

konce založili dceřinou společnost. Neustále tedy řeší-

me nové legislativní výzvy a přizpůsobujeme se speci-

fikům každého trhu. Často spolupracujeme s externími

odborníky, kteří nám pomáhají zvládat právní rámce

a regulační požadavky. Nejde o nepřekonatelné pro-

blémy, ale spíše o každodenní úkoly, které musíme

postupně řešit a kontrolovat, abychom zajistili hladký

a úspěšný rozvoj.

You hold the position of Chairwoman

of the Supervisory Board of Purposia Group.

What key aspects are essential for you in leading

this group?

I transitioned to the role of Chairwoman

of the Supervisory Board of Purposia Group from my

position as CFO at HSF System, where I began my

career 22 years ago. Today, HSF System is a key part

of the holding we established to bring together shared

values and vision. For me, it’s crucial that Purposia

Group is built on a solid foundation that entails having

meaningful collaboration, mutual support, and shared

experiences. My goal is for our projects to bring not

only economic benefits, but also a positive impact on

the region.

What do you consider the biggest challenge in

transforming HSF System into the holding structure

of Purposia Group? What challenges and obstacles

have you faced in your career?

The transformation of HSF System into a holding

structure was demanding. From a small team, we grew

into a complex organisation with international reach,

and we achieved this mainly thanks to people who

share our vision and passion and who work together

and enrich the company with their knowledge and

experience. Business is about people, and I am proud

to be part of this well-functioning team. We’ve also

faced tough years when the company was in loss, but
