WOMAN
Veronica, you began your business journey
at a young age. You were not even an adult yet
when you started making money from your YouTube
videos. Then founded your own clothing brand and
started recording a successful podcast. You are truly
a renaissance woman, a creative soul. Were you like
this ever since you were little? Did you always know
that you were not going to have a typical 9 to 5 job,
but instead go off in your own direction?
Both of my parents are entrepreneurs and so they
always directed me towards developing my own ideas
and working on my own projects rather than working
for others. Creativity has always been an important
part of my life. I used to be part of a sewing club when
I was little, and later decided to study design. I always
knew that a traditional 9 to 5 was not for me. I was
always drawn to creating something of my own and
developing my own ideas in different fields, whether
it be YouTube, my clothing brand, or the podcast.
That is what always made me feel whole.
Do you have a favourite activity in your varied range
of activities, or do they all give you the same level
of satisfaction?
I enjoy any sort of creative activity, but currently, I am
having the most fun with the podcast. It is a medium
that allows me to share my thoughts and experiences
while also placing me in contact with interesting
guests and listeners.
The start to any career tends to be rough.
What did your beginnings look like? Considering all
the experience you gained, what advice would you
give female entrepreneurs that are just starting out?
It is never easy in the beginning, however,
perseverance is key. I came across many obstacles,
but I never gave up. Each challenge helped push me
forward and taught me something new. I have one
main piece of advice for anyone starting their career
as an entrepreneur: do not give up after your first
couple of failures. You need to be patient and have
belief in your vision as it is perseverance that leads
to success.
This year, you reached another big milestone.
You participated in Miss Czech Republic and
became Miss Grand Czech Republic 2024. What
responsibilities are you most looking forward to in
this role?
I am most excited by the fact that I will get to represent
the Czech Republic on the world stage. To me, this
is an incredible honour, as well as an opportunity to
present my work on a global scale.
The main reason why we are having this
conversation right now is because you became
one of the ambassadors for the “The ŽENY”
(The WOMEN) project. What led you to become
part of this initiative? What was the life hurdle that
you had to overcome?
The founder of the project introduced me
to the project by familiarising me with its central
thesis. I am greatly honoured by the opportunity to
be an ambassador for the project because I want to
help show women that they are not alone in their
struggles. Czechia has many strong women and it is
important for us to mutually support each other.
What effect do you think the project will have on
the support of young female entrepreneurs?
I think the project has the potential to have a massive
impact on the development of female led businesses,
because it can give them the courage and confidence
to follow their dreams. The support and inspiration
the project can offer women might be key to their
success.
To close things out I dare ask a cliche question.
What are your plans for the future?
Do you have a secret dream you want to
make a reality?
One of my largest and most important goals is to
succeed in the Miss Grand contest. This is a very
important step for me. Other than that I would like to
further expand towards the beauty industry. Finally,
as far as my most secret dream is concerned, I think it
would be better for me to keep that to myself for now.

uncertainty and had to deal with
family conicts that shaped her
perspecve on life and the future.

experiences have movated her
to strive for a beer life and
independence. Veronica doesn't
give up and connues to work on
herself and her career. This year,
she also won the tle of Miss Grand
Czech Republic 2024.
