Hana Bobrovská has more than 25 years of combined experience as a HR director at mulple

large companies in various elds. In this interview, she shared some of her observaons regarding

the challenges in human resources, from employee development to implemenng new reward

systems. She also spoke about interesng projects she was a part of and about people that

inspired her career. How is she using her rich experience in her current role as director of HM

PARTNERS and what support does she oer female entrepreneurs over 50?

You have over 25 years of combined HR experience

at multiple large companies such as ITT Holdings,

OSRAM, TATRA TRUCKS, SAFT FERAK and ABB.

What were some of the biggest challenges you faced

as a HR director at these companies?

HR challenges are often very similar across companies.

Having the right people with sufficient qualifications

and motivation in the right positions at the right time

is key. Of course this goes beyond just recruiting

to development, rewards, communication, events

for employees and creating a friendly company

environment.

One of my most interesting challenges was
