The ŽENY:
Open Stories of Courage and Inspiraon
for Future Generaons
Vindy, last years inaugural edition of The ŽENY
project, brought many interesting stories.
What impact did it have on its participants,
and what innovations does this years edition bring
with the new ambassadors?
Both editions of The ŽENY project have brought
many fascinating stories. Some women shared their
life experiences publicly for the rst time, which
takes a lot of courage considering the reactions
from family and friends. In my opinion, they are
amazing simply because they decided to openly talk
about their challenges to help others. Compared
to last year, when there were twelve ambassadors,
we decided to select only six this year. This allows
us to fully dedicate our energy to each story.
We always aim for representation from different
sectors, whether it’s art, sports, management, or
entrepreneurship.
What kind of feedback have you received so far
about the current phase of the project?
I have to say, the feedback has been fantastic so
far! People follow us on social media, listen to our
podcast The ŽENY, and that makes me happy. To
fulfill our mission and raise awareness of the project
among young people, we rely on our marketing and
PR expertise. That’s also where the uniqueness our
project lies. We know how to capture attention for
the right cause. Until the end of October, we had
an exhibition at Forum Nová Karolina showcasing
the ambassadors' stories through large, colorful
cubes, which didn’t go unnoticed. In our social
media campaign, we sparked a discussion around
topics like social freezing and the social gap,
which are related to fertility issues, a theme were
addressing this year as well.
One of the goals of this years edition is to engage
students in creating their own project as part
of the NO LIMIT competition. What can students
expect from this initiative, and what specific
activities will they participate in during the
competition?
The competition focuses on creativity and
innovation with a socially benecial angle. They will
participate in a boot camp with mentors from the
Teen Enterprise organisation, who will teach them
how to develop their own project or business plan.
They will also compete for very interesting prizes,
and most importantly they’ll get the chance to
present their ideas to a panel of experts made up
of our ambassadors, successful businesswomen,
managers, and artists, who can help them further
develop their projects.
