expect in return from new colleagues as a manager?

What do you think people value most about working
at Maxion? And what do you personally see as the
company’s greatest strength?
I hope people appreciate our open culture, where
every voice matters.
What speaks to me personally is the product and the
process. It’s often said that the Czech Republic is just
an assembly line for the West, and that multinational
companies don’t bring much added value to our
country. But here in Ostrava, there’s a company where
an 18-kilogram block of aluminium is transformed into
a beautiful, coloured wheel for your car.
Our greatest strength, in my view, is our ability to adapt.
The automotive industry is changing rapidly, and with
our focus on innovation, we strive to always stay one
step ahead. “The best way to predict the future is to
create it.” That’s one of my three personal mottos.

for your team nowadays? What matters most
when selecting candidates?
Yes, finding the right people is a challenge—and not
a simple one. It’s not just about availability, which
