Have you tried using artificial
intelligence when creating a new drink?
If so, what was the outcome?
Ronald: I haven’t used AI to create
a cocktail yet, but Im open to it and will
give it a try when I run out of inspiration.
Honza: I’ve experimented with it, but so
far, its not advanced enough to be truly
useful in practice. It mostly provides
generic suggestions, but I do see potential
in it for the future. It could definitely help
streamline the search for various types
of information.
Do you have a signature cocktail that
represents you? Something guests
associate specifically with you?
Over the years behind the bar, we’ve both
created many signature and twist cocktails
– some of which have become an integral
part of the menu at certain venues. Honza,
in particular, is known for his frequent use
of exotic fruits.
What types of events can people see you
at? Do you offer tastings, private events,
or public appearances? Where do you
enjoy performing the most?
Our passion for bartending comes from
the joy of creating experiences that bring
people together. Our journey began with
the idea of offering cocktail catering for
weddings, corporate events, birthday
parties, and other celebrations – occasions
where we can add a personal touch
and unique flavours. You can also find us at
selected public festivals, where we love
sharing our craft with a wider audience.
We regularly host tastings of rum, whisky,
gin, and other spirit categories, which
we often complement with home-mixing
workshops to inspire enthusiasts to create
cocktails in the comfort of their own homes.
We also enjoy pairing cocktails with food.
Our mission goes beyond mixing drinks –
its about creating memorable moments
and sharing the joy of great drinks.
