What does “female strength” mean
to you – and how do you think
it manifests in the workplace?
Female strength? It’s a blend of intuition,
multitasking, and the ability to handle
a crisis meeting and a family group chat
over a single cup of coffee. It’s about
being decisive yet sensitive. It’s not
about competing with men, but about
bringing a different perspective. It’s about
managing chaos with grace, handling five
things at once, keeping the team together
even in tough times – and doing it all with
a smile.
And honestly? If female energy could
be packaged as a dietary supplement,
it would be the best-selling product on the
market.
If you could highlight one thing you’re
truly proud of at BrainMarket, what
would it be?
I see BrainMarket not just as a brand,
but as a living organism that naturally
reflects conscious work, a healthy lifestyle,
and authenticity.
If I had to single out one thing I’m really
proud of, it would be that the brand has
never lost its authenticity or direction,
despite how much it has grown over
the years. A great deal of credit for that
goes to Jirka Votava (founder and owner
of BrainMarket), who has been building
the company from the very beginning with
tremendous passion, vision, and humility.
It’s not so much about pride as it is about
admiration for the philosophy Jirka brings
into the company. He treats business
like a game, always coming up with new
ideas and projects, constantly pushing
the boundaries of how we can better
connect with our customers.
I also have to mention the relocation
and modernisation of our logistics centre.
It was a major project – and an adventure
that tested us all, myself included. Thanks
to the amazing people in logistics, their
dedication and unity, we made it through.
Today, I can say it was all worth it and
I want to say one big THANK YOU
to them all.
