THE ŽENY
Where do you look for inspiration for your business
and personal growth? Do you have a ritual,
a favourite book or a figure who helps you move
forward? And do you manage to make time for
yourself and for real rest?
I look for inspiration mainly in interviews and podcasts,
and often—through my work—on Pinterest as well.
My little ritual is to write down what I want to accomplish
that day, and I also note what I’m grateful for, what
went well and what didn’t, and what the previous day
or week was like. Even these small steps matter a great
deal, because it’s a moment when you can really reflect
on yourself.
I practically have to prescribe rest for myself — it’s
my weak spot, but I’m working on it. I try not to be
on my phone so much and instead go for a walk,
whether on my own, with my partner or with our
dog. Sometimes I meditate, and I also love cooking
and baking — I genuinely enjoy it.
Where are you headed next? Do you have a dream
or a goal that you would like to fulfil
in the near future?
I don’t tend to daydream much; I prefer to live what
comes into my life, and I’m grateful for it. I always
say: what’s meant to be, will be. That said, I do have
one personal dream: to learn to balance work and my
private life in a way that leaves me with energy not only
for others, but for myself as well.
Thank you for the interview.
