The School Friendly award expresses
how much we at the Moravian-Silesian
region care about supporting cooperation
between companies and schools. Now for
the fifth time, we are awarding companies
and schools and joint projects that inspire
others to see how schools and companies
can be connected. We asked the awards'
patron, Radka Šušková, how she assesses
the fifth edition? " I am thrilled to see more
companies and schools joining each year
to share how they work together. It's also
lovely that companies and schools are
entering the awards repeatedly and writing
in their application form new activities in
which they have moved forward and come
up with new ways of working together."
The organiser of the award is the Association
for the Development of the Moravian-
Silesian Region, so we asked the director,
Mr Raduz Mácha, what he appreciates
most about the competition. "Above all,
I appreciate the fact that we are able to
raise the profile of cooperation between
companies and schools across the region.
I thank all the partners without whom this
competition would not have been possible
and I look forward to the following years.
The message of the whole competition
is that we should succeed in connecting
potential employees from schools with our
quality employers in the region."
