BUSINESS Ostrava Konference Urbanscapes 2019 Ostrava V jednom z největších revitalizovaných brownfieldů v Evropě v Dolní oblasti Vítkovic proběhne 9. a 10. října výjimečná mezinárodní konference zaměřená na aktuální témata městských krajin. Organizuje ji Česká asociace pro krajinářskou architekturu (sekce SZKT) s městem Ostrava a Landscape Festivalem. Mottem jsou perspektivy a rizika developmentu měst. Stav krajiny sídel má přímý, monetizovatelný socioekonomický vliv. Správnou cestou je komplexní plánování podle principů modrozelené infrastruktury v koordinaci s plánováním šedé a dopravní infrastruktury. Součástí je ochrana „náletové“ vegetace, která v měnícím se klimatu plní nedocenitelné ekosystémové služby, péče o nivy vodních toků, prostupnost územím, dostupnost zelených ploch pro lidi. Konference, která míří k řešením pro zdravá a odolná města, je platformou pro mezioborovou debatu krajinářských i stavebních architektů, urbanistů, plánovačů, developerů, politiků i zaměstnanců státní správy i samosprávy. It is organized by the Czech Association of Landscape Architecture (Česká asociace pro krajinářskou architekturu), the Council of Ostrava, and the Landscape Festival. The motto of the event is Challenges and the Future of Industrial City Areas Redevelopment. The conditions of urban landscapes have a direct, monetizable, and socioeconomic impact. The right solutions include complex planning corresponding with the principles of blue-green infrastructure coordinated with the plans of grey and traffic infrastructure. They also involve the protection of wild vegetation with its priceless ecological function in the changing climate, the maintenance of floodplains, providing access to these and city green areas to the citizens. The conference dealing with solutions for healthy and resistant urbanities is a platform for this interdisciplinary discussion of landscape and civil architects, urbanists and planners, developers, politicians and public administration employees .
