Ingredience
100 g cottage sýru, 3 plátky slaniny, půl avokáda ready
to eat, 1 ks vejce, 90 g fazolek v rajčatové omáčce,
2 plátky domácího toustového chleba, rostlinný olej,
salátek, pažitka, sůl, pepř dle chuti.
Na pánvi opečeme slaninu, osmažíme volské oko
a nakrájíme avokádo na plátky, ohřejeme fazolky
a opečeme toustový chleba. Vše hezky naservírujeme
na talíř tak, aby to lahodilo oku, posypeme čerstvou
pažitkou a dochutíme solí a pepřem dle chuti.

Postup přípravy
How can people access the clubhouse area,
and what can they enjoy there- even if they
don’t play golf?
The clubhouse is about 800 metres from the centre
of Hukvaldy – a pleasant walk on foot. There are several
public car parks in the village, or you can park directly
by the golf course, making it easily accessible.
The clubhouse was created through the renovation of an
old barn, giving it a cosy countryside charm. And the
most beautiful thing – every hole on the course offers
a view of Hukvaldy Castle, much like playing golf beneath
Karlštejn Castle. That’s why the course is sometimes
nicknamed the “Little Karlštejn,” adding to its unique
charm and atmosphere that players fondly remember.
But it’s not just a spot for enjoying coffee and castle
views. We also host both private and corporate
events here. Whether it’s a small birthday celebration
or a company teambuilding with exclusive course rental
and coaching services – the clubhouse and grounds are
ready to provide a tailor-made setting for your event.
Do you have any plans for the future?
We’re currently renovating the grounds of a former
restaurant in Hukvaldy, which will offer additional
accommodation and expand the facilities of the
Paradise on Earth café. We’re planning a larger kitchen
there so we can offer quality brunches, even for
wedding guests. Everything we do is guided by intuition
– we go by what the place itself and the people truly
need.
Our goal is for the resort to be more than just a name
– we want it to be a cohesive whole. A place where
people can come to play golf, stay at the Roubenka
guesthouse, enjoy breakfast at Paradise, unwind at the
glamping site, and leave with the feeling that they’ve
experienced something truly special.

Ingredients
100 g cottage cheese, 3 slices of bacon, half of a ripe
avocado, 1 egg, 90 g baked beans in tomato sauce,
2 slices of homemade toast, vegetable oil, mixed salad
leaves, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparaon
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, cook the egg sunny
side up, slice the avocado, warm up the baked beans
and toast the bread. Arrange everything neatly on a plate
for a visually appealing presentation, sprinkle with fresh
chives and season with salt and pepper to taste.
